All good. It’s in the middle of many attractions, rooms are big and clean. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

The place is right in the jungle, pastoral vibe, coffee on the trees, a large, spacious room with good shower flow. Breakfast was very basic; I expected more from a 5‑star hotel, there wasn’t much to eat, pastries weren’t fresh. The hotel looks a bit neglected in terms of maintenance, the dining room didn’t look good, walking distances were very long, it takes several minutes to walk from the room to the lobby. I wouldn’t rate it 5 stars. The hotel feels abandoned, hardly anyone is seen—maybe that’s a plus for some people.

We didn’t clean the room at all, nor did they change the sheets. The restaurant food for dinner and breakfast was extremely low quality. The shower for the children had a European plug and there was no adapter or suitable plug to use. The pool was full of fish and trash. There was no hero to let us in! The location was terrible, in the middle of the pit with nothing nearby. Only with your own car can you stay here. Very hasty management of a hotel that could be much better with proper management. It doesn’t even deserve 3 stars, let alone the 5 stars it advertises!

The room was huge, and the bathroom had a fantastic, large bathtub. High‑quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotions were provided, all with a pleasant fragrance. The room featured an excellent tea and coffee station and a small, handy kitchen with cupboards. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was set in a peaceful, nature‑surrounded environment. The toilet emitted a bad smell right after flushing, and the wall sockets were round‑shaped, making it hard to plug in modern phones without an adapter.
