I want to express my deep satisfaction with the reception service. The staff were excellent and polite, especially those on duty on Saturday (10/10) and Monday (12/10) during the day.

It’s in the city center, a bit far from the tourist area.

The breakfast was decent. The reception wait times were long, with only one person on duty and about 20 others waiting; the spare bed was uncomfortable and not straight.

The room was cleaned quickly and the check‑in was fast. Nothing that detracts.
