A lovely resort, but in summer it can get noisy and crowded; we were almost alone in October. The music played nearly 24/7, so there was no quiet spot—when we left the window open we could hear the pool soundtrack until after midnight and again from 7 am. After we mentioned it, the music was turned off. Thanks, Dimitra!

Our stay had some positives, but overall it fell short of a 5‑star resort. The hotel sits in a private, quiet area. A staff member who helped us with luggage and escorted us to our room was especially welcoming. We appreciated the mosquito repellent in the room and the lovely departure gift of local seasoning and honey. However, the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and both my husband and I woke up with body aches. Sound insulation was poor; we could hear corridor noise and the room next door. The bathroom had a large leaking shower (fixed later) and a slight sewage smell. The buffet was disappointing, with limited variety and poor food quality and taste. We booked half‑board but were not told that only the buffet restaurant would operate during our stay, even though the resort advertised several dining options. The indoor heated pool was okay, but the shower area had a strong, unpleasant smell. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoor pool or beach because of the weather.

Everything was above the expectations! Clean facilities, good parking place with car charger, the personnel super attentive, big room , well maintained, the pools , the breakfast was more than enough with lot of options. The resort is a bit away from the city , in a quiet area . All the pictures reflect the reality. Not so many options outside of the resort but since we had a car no problem. I didn't ask but I suppose that the resort ensures transport to the city
