“Inconsiderate”
I was not even able to stay after paying for the room. An they are refusing to give me my money back after I was told that I could not stay because I didn’t have a card with $100 to put on hold. The guy that was at the desk, told me to contact booking to get a refund and then denied the refund when booking reached out. I was not even able to stay after paying for the room.
