“Fantastic”
Had a great stay here! The room was small but so cozy and clean. Very quiet and concenient location!

Location, location, location! A short walk from the ferry and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and the pillows were so fluffy! The outdoor seating area was nice!. Upon check in, it would have been helpful to have gone over the amenities offered and where they are located, notification that a hold was going to be placed on my card, and it would have been most helpful to be shown on a map or in person where my room was located. It was not in the main building and I was simply told to go up the street and take a right
“Disappointed by this Lark hotel!”
Location. Service pertaining to attentiveness of staff, not enough towels and soap and staff did not fix. Thread bare carpets, broken shades. Property had been updated but not maintained

The location was great, but not worth the price by any means. We checked in Sunday, September 26 and I checked booking that night. The same nights we were there were going for $300 less than we paid. I asked for an upgrade (willing to pay) and was sent a sliding scale of upwards of $300 per night for a less than a 200 square foot room. I now have a $200 extra charge from the property for no reason. The staff was not attentive and hung out with their friends in the lobby. It was super unprofessional and weird. I asked about adding an extra burnt since the weather was bad and told it would be an extra $465 when on booking it was $217. We left our tip for the cleaners on night 2 (stayed 3 nights) and it was taken within hours of putting it there. Do not stay here. It is an abomination to the island. We checked in Sunday, September 26 and I checked that night. The same nights we were there were going for $300 less than we paid. (I get they are trying to sell rooms, but come on) I asked for an upgrade prior to arrival (willing to pay) and was sent a sliding scale of upwards of $300 per night for a less than a 200 square foot room. Checking in “early” (before 4) is an extra $150. I now have a $200 extra charge from the property for no reason. The staff was not attentive and hung out with their friends in the lobby. Great location, easy walk from the ferry port and to all the restaurants. Run down, in need of a paint job and refresh on accessories/cushions/curtains. Little care to ensure outside areas/communal spaces look refreshed each day Does not look like the pictures. Staff are fine, they are basically all students on exchange or temp workers so limited knowledge when it comes to recommendations etc. Ultimately overpriced for the standard of the building and level of customer service
