“Etablissement au Top, mais gros bémol sur le personnel”

The reception was top‑class with Assia, who went out of her way to find a mouse for my computer. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was excellent, and the bathroom was beautiful; housekeeping and cleaning staff were also outstanding. Aside from the reception, the rest of the staff did not live up to the hotel’s standards. They were distracted by their phones, dressed inappropriately, wore headphones, and were not at all attentive to guests. The kitchen needed improvement because it fell short of expectations. I raised these issues with the manager and believe many things have changed since then.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was wonderful! The linens were immaculate, the cleaning impeccable, there was a cooler with hot and cold water, a lounge area, and a welcome cocktail (provided by the venue). The area was quiet and pleasant.
