We absolutely loved the hotel – it was quiet, brand‑new, modern, spotless, and the kitchen was high‑quality. The staff were attentive, friendly, and greeted everyone with a smile. The pier for the fish is still at a nearby hotel, a 5‑7 minute walk, but the hotel is building its own pier, 80 % complete. The in‑house reef is lively and good. Two days of storms closed the pier, but the neighboring lagoon is still available for swimming in any weather. The pools are beautiful, clean, and varied – one with a horizon into the sea, a 50‑meter heated pool that is very warm. Breakfast offers fresh orange juice, decent coffee, and plenty of fruit all day, including strawberries. I’m writing in detail because there are no reviews about the hotel, just in case anyone needs specifics. The meat selection is good, fish is always available, desserts and ice cream are tasty, and restaurant service is quick. There are several bars open until 24 h, all drinks are available except sparkling wine; the quality is normal, slightly diluted as everywhere, but they look after us. Bottled beer is offered. The restaurants are à‑la‑cart, we didn’t visit the spa, evening programs, or sports facilities, but everything exists. The rooms are quiet, airy, with comfortable beds; the mattress is firm but still comfortable. The wardrobe area in the room is spacious. We used the transfer from Booking, the price was fair. Flights from Istanbul to Marsalam run twice a week, I flew with a 30 % load, all very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The only downside for us was none, but for someone else the water in the shower is warm and never hot. Also, swimming in the sea is only possible at the neighboring hotel; the hotel properties share the same grounds.
