The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was great; overall the hotel looked well maintained. However, housekeeping entered the room twice before check‑out, once almost barging in while we were still getting dressed. The room wasn’t ready until 4 pm, and many guests were still waiting to check in even after 4 pm. No later check‑out was offered, and no reason was given; one staff member was going to offer it but the manager did not.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Everything else was fine, though a bit more color could have brightened the lobby atrium, which feels a little dull.

The breakfast was decent. As soon as you walk in, mildew hits you; the whole hotel feels musty and mildew‑y. Our room was filthy, with holes in the walls and doors, making it hard to feel comfortable even in the bed. It didn’t smell, feel, or look clean.
