“Ótima experiência em Monte Verde!”

Breakfast was good and very fresh, though the space was still small because the new area was still being finished; it should be much more comfortable for guests soon. Cleanliness was flawless, everything smelled nice, and the service was very good. I forgot to return the door‑tag at checkout, having left it with my keychain, so I paid R$ 35,00. That seems fair, but the staff should have reminded me to return it at checkout.

Everything was great! The breakfast was wonderfully detailed and full of care, with delicious jams made by Raiane, authentic Minas cheese bread, always fresh French bread, fruit, and a table set with great affection. Raiane’s hospitality made a big difference, offering excellent tips for exploring Monte Verde. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the whole lodge felt cozy. We also appreciated Regiane’s attention and the whole team’s kindness; the girls’ welcome was the cherry on top, making our stay extra special. It was the kind of stay where you truly feel welcomed and cared for.
