The staff were super friendly in every way, with a pleasant reception and helpfulness; the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, so there was nothing to criticize; the dinner food in the restaurant was good and tasty, and the price was normal. However, even though the décor was nostalgic, a carpet in the rooms feels outdated; the mattresses, especially in the front bed, were quite saggy and could use replacement; breakfast did not meet our expectations for the price, with some sausages being dried out, even though they were refrigerated but uncovered; we didn't expect toasted buns; the coffee was not really hot; when we asked if we could get a cappuccino, even if we paid for it, we were told it was not possible and that the machine would produce a terrible taste, which is a very questionable statement and not very business‑friendly.
