The price is cheap, but next time I’d spend a bit more for a better hotel; this one isn’t worth it even at its low cost. The AC in one room didn’t work, so I switched rooms; the AC then worked but was super loud. I asked for a window room but none were available. I saw three rooms, all had a very bad smell and none looked comfortable. All facilities need urgent renovation. Free airport transfer was offered via booking, but it actually costs 400 IDR; they then offered me 250 IDR.

The price‑quality ratio was great. The cleaning staff woke me at 9:00 even though check‑out was at 11:00.

We didn't have high hopes because the price was lower than most other hotels, but this place really surpassed what we expected. Everything ran smoothly, even arranging an early‑morning airport transfer for a fair price. The room was spacious and the bed super comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were supportive and kind, which made a tight budget trip feel great. The only downside was that our room had no window.
