The view was nice and the comfort was good, but getting there was a hassle.

“Chinfrinho”

The front desk was quick and helped me with my luggage; the spot was convenient for walking or hailing a car, yet the hotel feels very plain. For the price I expected better comfort: my room was small with a tiny bathroom and no amenities, the towels were thin and slightly dirty, breakfast was basic and the fruit arrived only as I was about to leave. I could hear a lot of hallway noise and there was no fire escape map in the room.

“Ótimo custo benefício”

The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel sits right next to the bus station, but the nearby streets feel unsafe.

“Hotel para uma pernoite e passagem rápida em Porto Alegre .”

I liked how friendly the receptionist Anderson was and how he explained everything about the hotel and the city; the shower was great. It’s close to Porto Alegre’s municipal market, but the room’s lighting was poor, the bath towel was too small for a tall person (single towel), the air‑conditioner made noise, and breakfast was simple with no choices.

“Pelo booking parecia uma hospedagem de melhor qualidade. Mas cumpriu a função de descansar uma noite. Mas não me hospeda”

Não havia sequer uma toalha de banho para tomar banho, que era uma toalha de rosto, que mal secava. A localização é numa região que é turística e nem movimentada, dando sensação de insegurança
