We stayed at this B&B for a week at the end of July and felt right at home. The place is brand‑new, spotless, thoughtfully detailed, and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and calm. The host was incredibly kind, always ready to help and attentive to our needs. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a well‑maintained, cozy spot. When we return to the area, this will definitely be our first choice.

The property is new and set in a well‑maintained area, with a welcoming room, a functional kitchen, and always fresh water available. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal for the beaches around Cagliari and Pula, as well as Chia. The breakfast could use a bit more variety in fresh products.

All the essential amenities are present in the accommodation. We felt comfortable, everything was clean, and it matched the photos exactly. The only downside was the lack of a washing machine, though there is a laundry center nearby. We would definitely recommend it, although the bed makes noise with every movement.
