A very friendly and helpful lady at the reception! With a few tips she helps guests plan a smart sightseeing tour and choose the cheapest transport depending on the time of day. She also gladly offers suggestions for suitable bars, restaurants, etc. Overall a wonderful three‑day stay. For 10 € you get a hearty breakfast in a calm atmosphere! Wonderful!

The place is great, close to the station and the metro stop. The way into the rooms goes through a very narrow staircase shaft and the elevator is after a few steps. The room itself is tiny and not spotless.

I liked the lady at the front desk and the location. The other staff were fine but not what you’d expect from a receptionist. The room was very small, the price was steep (210€ per night), there was no mention of breakfast when I booked, there was no water, and the lobby for waiting was very cramped.
