The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed; the location is our favorite spot, but the lift on the 6th floor feels on the verge of failure and likely needs an upgrade, so I chose the stairs instead.

The kids adored the swimming pools, breakfast, dinner, and kids club, and as parents we loved the staff, the location, and the apartment’s comfort and cleanliness—highly recommended! The lift was temperamental and sometimes didn’t land evenly, causing occasional long waits; the basement games room could be better, many games were broken or didn’t accept coins; it would be great if massage services were available on weekends, as we couldn’t book one; the indoor swimming pool felt a bit chilly and worn in places; cocktails could use improvement.

The location, swimming pools, fountains, and breakfast were good, but the rooms felt dated and the balcony was small.
