The staff were very friendly and our room was perfect; we loved the books around the hotel and the scavenger hunt, and we’ll definitely return. We had a problem with our key card not working, but the front desk fixed it quickly.

Everything was great and the hotel was very clean. The website claims there’s a waterpark, but there isn’t one.

It was great; I work for a well‑known high‑end hospitality destination in WI. The rooms were modern and stylish without being tacky. I brought my boys to celebrate my birthday and chose a nicer room because the Dells haunts can feel a bit dingy. I’m not a prude, but that extra money gets you a much nicer, clean room at your hotel. I appreciated the discount tickets to Noah’s Ark—that’s why we came in the first place.
