“Eher einfaches Hotel in schöner Lage”

The hotel is very nicely situated, the rooms are spacious and all have balconies with lake view, giving a beautiful outlook. Between the hotel and the lake there is only a foot‑/bike path. There is ample storage space in the rooms and bathrooms. A parking space in the underground garage can be booked for 10 Euro per day. The mattress is uncomfortable (far too hard). Breakfast was neither particularly good nor varied, and the croissants were already dry on Saturday and seemed to have been baked again on Sunday, which was very disappointing. Overall the value for money does not hold up. The pre‑arrival communication was not particularly good.

The staff were very friendly and the location by the Ammersee was great. There was nothing to criticize.

“Lage, Lage, Lage!”

The hotel’s location is excellent and our room had a balcony with a truly stunning lake view. The promenade with several bars and restaurants is just a few steps away. The reserved underground parking spot was unavailable because a foreign parker had taken it, but an uncomplicated solution was immediately offered and we were given a surface parking spot. There is also a public parking lot on the opposite side of the hotel at the same price (10 €/24 h) with plenty of spaces. The only thing we noticed was that the rooms are quite simple and small; for a longer stay I would not book here, and unfortunately the value for money does not match.

The location was great. Unfortunately we had to eat breakfast outside because our dog was not allowed in the breakfast room.
