Riad El Yacout, an ancient private residence in Fes El Bali's medina, offers restored accommodations with personalized decoration, modern en suite facilities, and Wi-Fi. The hotel's fine restaurant serves international and local cuisine. Ideally located to discover Fez, the spiritual capital of Morocco, it provides a shuttle service upon request, making it a prime base for exploration.

The staff are the best part of the hotel, acting like owners who want you to have a comfortable stay and finding ways to meet your requests, but the set menu was overpriced and not good value for money; the large Riad can be a bit noisy for big groups.

The location in the medina and the staff's courtesy were great, and the place was quiet. No issues.

The welcome was fantastic; after four years we returned to this riad and appreciated its location, cleanliness, and hospitality. A special shout‑out goes to Najoua, who was extremely kind and helped with every request, from arranging tours to giving directions. There was nothing negative to mention.

Everything was excellent – the location, cleanliness, rooms, and staff. The pool at the riad is a treat after a day exploring Fes, making it all worthwhile. The staff were friendly and kind, and breakfast was good. Nothing to complain about, everything was very good.

The riad is gorgeous and impeccably kept. The staff were excellent; Ahmed was especially helpful and attentive. Its location is perfect – right on the edge of the Medina but still very close. If we ever come back to Fez, we’ll definitely stay here again.
