Near Lost Island water park, but the hot hallway bathroom wasn’t cleaned enough—especially under the sink—and the fridge had dust; the pool area didn’t have a hot tub.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with the usual amenities, and the staff helped with suggestions and made us feel at ease, but the location isn’t great because it’s on busy streets and there’s no parking on the property, and the fitness center is very limited and opens late.

The bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious except for the bathroom; the shower had great water pressure and breakfast was decent, but only one elevator was in service for the entire 10‑floor stay at a fully booked hotel, we found pills on the floor of our room and many handprints on the headboard, and the bathroom was far too small for the size of the suite.

Parking on street was convenient Breakfast (included) was good 9th floor room was very quiet. Bathroom was a little small. Mattress was not as comfortable as I'm used to, or as I had hoped it would be. Rain storm cut signal to the TV on my last night
