The bed is quite comfortable and the personnel are very pleasant. The overall structure feels very old and looks quite dilapidated, especially outside. The tables at the bars were left dirty. The English breakfast was really not good or fresh, and for a 4‑star hotel that is not really acceptable.

It was a lovely hotel, very good 😍. The only problem was the bed was a bit small; my partner fell out, just turned around and fell out 😩.

Lovely comfortable room; we booked a Superior and it was lovely. Excellent breakfast. The staff at breakfast could have been more smiley and friendly, took our room number and just said – "is buffet!"
