When I checked out, the front‑desk lady argued with me because she claimed they never saw my late‑checkout request, even though it had been approved at check‑in.

I love this hotel. The manager is great and the staff. I never had a problem with this hotel. My parents book this hotel every time they come down

Easy booking and check‑in, but the air conditioner was off and the room was hot when we arrived, though it cooled down quickly; breakfast was not good, very limited and underwhelming.
