The building felt fresh and tidy, with new rooms that looked modern. The bed was unsteady, shifting whenever I tried to settle, which kept me up all night and left my neck and back sore. The air conditioning was weak and slow to change airflow, making the room stuffy and excessively dry, so we woke up dehydrated and with a terrible sleep.

I was upset that the agent at UNI raised the price before I even booked. The mattress was too soft and I couldn't get a good night's rest. Even though coffee was available in the rooms, I still had to leave to buy a cup and breakfast downstairs, which felt like a hassle rather than a perk of staying there.

The location matched exactly what we wanted to do. The mattress, however, was very stiff and uncomfortable.
