“Good until my last night I had to call cops and nothing was done. Way to treat homeless.”

The rooms were clean because I stayed long enough to tidy them myself; I left the door open to take out my trash and the drug addict who works there, a local, was there with his boyfriend. The cleaning lady stole money from my wallet, and when I told the manager she couldn’t locate her. They refunded me on the last day, but I didn’t get the money back from the cleaning lady; after the manager left, the desk person had to process the refund that night. I was there for over a week and stopped speaking to that lady after her boyfriend offered me “something for my pain.” She and her boyfriend live at the hotel, which was the worst experience before I left. She entered my room while I was taking out my garbage and doing her work. The other staff I talked to were nice, but Brandi needs to leave. I called the police, who believed me but couldn’t act because her job is to enter rooms. She and a girl laughed after I accused her. They didn’t even give me a review; I had to post here from a previous stay. My theft was reported on their app. What a terrible choice of hotel. I followed up with the police when I was leaving, as shown in the pictures.

“Staff was kind”

The place was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. Some of the other guests were very rude, and a few were homeless using their savings, but overall the cleanliness was excellent.

“great experience”

The staff were amazing and even offered us a later checkout because we were heading to an event that would finish at 3 am. Nothing else to mention.
