Breakfast and dinner were great, and the room was excellent; the bar and pool table were also impressive. The Wi‑Fi in the room, however, didn’t work.

The facility was clean, nicely typical of Colombia, and I really liked it; I’d recommend this place.

I booked and asked clearly if the facilities were okay after the earthquake, and they said yes; but a day before arrival, after everything was ready, they texted that the pool, jacuzzi, bar, and everything were closed because of the earthquake—just when we were about to travel! That’s bad intent and shows they’re unreliable.

The interior of the room was nice. Nothing else.

The common areas were great, especially the heated outdoor jacuzzi; it’s perfect for families, and the staff—Andrés among others—were very friendly and attentive. The cleaning could use some improvement.
