The location and parking were good, yet we had to ask the staff three or four times for any help and keep reminding them to bring the food; no matter what we ordered, they missed it even after 3‑4 reminders.

The staff were polite and room service was exceptionally fast, making the stay quite comfortable overall, but because the property had a bar and a cramped, shared lift, it often smelled of smoke, and while the room’s surfaces were clean, other corners and the curtains were dusty.

The extra bedding they gave me was very hard, and there was moisture on the outer wall near the bed on the bathroom wall; the third bedding also had moisture on that wall.

I enjoyed a peaceful stay at this property surrounded by a nice atmosphere; the recent renovation made a huge difference, giving the place a fresh, clean, and beautiful look, and the service was friendly and noticeably better—overall a comfy stay I’d gladly return to.
