The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help and resolve any issues. I appreciated their kindness and efforts. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and the overall atmosphere of the property. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food at a very reasonable price. Although some of the equipment looked a little dated, it didn’t affect my experience at all. Overall, I think the hotel offers fair value for money. Unfortunately, neither of the two rooms I stayed in fully met my expectations. The first room felt old and poorly maintained, with visible stains, mouldy-looking areas, and an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The balcony overlooked a dark, unattractive area near a temple, which wasn’t particularly relaxing. The staff kindly moved me to another room, which was much cleaner and more comfortable. However, after the first day, an unpleasant bathroom odour developed and became stronger over the following days. The view was slightly better, but one side of the window was missing a curtain, which affected my privacy and comfort. I came to relax, so these issues were disappointing. The rooms could definitely benefit from better maintenance and attention to detail.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The resort was quiet and peaceful, and I enjoyed the food and service. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. My room was comfortable and clean, and I liked having a balcony where I could sit outside. The shower in the bathroom was also very good. I would recommend this resort. I can’t think of anything else—maybe more shaded pool seating.

Beautiful room and very welcoming, smiling, and warm staff. A little less charm because of the very touristy side and the large size of the establishment.

Alltogether a great hotel with a good location. Nice place directly at the beach with a beach restaurant as well. The sound of the TV was really bad. Not really suitable if you want to listen to music or watch something in the evening. A lot of mosquitos
