The large indoor pool and open‑air bath were great, the food was tasty, and the staff were extremely good; nothing to complain about.

The reception was lively and excellent, and the food was very tasty—especially the sukiyaki, which was outstanding! Drinks were all‑inclusive, both alcoholic and soft, and I didn't expect that to be free. The small details like the amenities were also of good quality. The only downside was that the stylish bar was so popular I couldn’t get in, and while there were two smoking areas, another one would have been nice since it was crowded.

The dinner was delicious, and the staff swapped my room for a larger one as a courtesy. A shuttle bus ran on time for the morning Shinkansen, which was a big help. The staff who guided me to the room were very pleasant.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and refreshing. The building itself had a Showa vibe, but the interior was spotless. The hot spring was good, and the breakfast buffet was tasty. I could pick my own yukata, and the fun‑yaki gallery was interesting. They even let me choose a pillow, which shows they think of the details. The only issue was that there was no cleansing bottle in the hot spring; there was a foam‑type cleanser in the bathroom but nothing in the bath.
