I met Derek at the end of my stay; he’s an excellent person. Channon and his wife Estefania were attentive to my needs and extremely kind. The room was wonderful, well maintained, and the bathroom very clean; the bed was very comfortable and the whole place was beautiful and pleasant. I have no complaints overall. It was a bit far from the university, but the surrounding area has great places to eat and it’s next to the beach.

Excellent experience. The host’s attentiveness was flawless, always attentive and responding very quickly. The place offers a family‑friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and there are many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

The beach is within walking distance and was clean. I liked the secure parking; it felt like a “home.” It’s down to earth and welcoming. The bathroom in the room had an odor that I’m not sure the owners can control. I had to buy air freshener and keep spraying. The property feels a bit dated and could use some cosmetic updates.
