The Zafiro Rey Don Jaime hotel is nestled between Santa Ponsa beach and golf courses. Elegant interiors and private balconies with sea views characterize this hotel. A buffet restaurant serves international and regional cuisine, while a kids' club and entertainment program cater to families. Tennis courts and a football pitch are nearby, with Palma 20 km away and Mallorca Airport 30 km away.

The location is great, the staff are extremely helpful, and the food is superb for a hotel with over 500 rooms. If you’re picky, a bit of paint would improve the place.

The value for money is terrible! The rooftop terrace was fantastic! The buffet was extremely bad, so we ate out from the second day onward. It’s terrible to call that food. The free alcohol was a plus.

The property was central to bars and restaurants. I found that the pool wasn’t the best for swimming, and the room had ants in it.

Location, staff, food & facilities all superb. The hotel was fab. Nothing to dislike; we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
