Location/breakfast. Ants in bed in first room/wasn't very clean/Internet went on and off/they switched our room for second night and air conditioner didn't work well/ wasn't clean

I found this place to be the best I've seen in 12 years, yet the room lacked any sitting chairs and the sink was cracked.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but construction in the parking lot and a pool that was only operational for one night were noticeable downsides.
