The room was spacious and had everything you could need. The location was great, with a beautiful beach and a lovely pool right next to it. The breakfast was super tasty and right next door.

The place was clean, had an elevator and Wi‑Fi, and the staff were quick to help when we had a TV issue. The beach was very close, and the night market was nearby for meals. The bed was a bit too firm, as is common in Asia, and the location felt like a deserted dormitory where there’s nothing to do, which is typical for Phu Quok.

The hotel owners were pleasant, the room cozy and quiet. I stayed for three weeks; cleaning happened roughly every three days. They changed the bedding and everything else as usual. The hotel has an elevator. Nearby are a night market, a beach five minutes away, a laundry service (the hotel also offers it), and small shops and cafés. The surrounding area is beautiful and clean. I’m very satisfied with my stay. The owners helped, answered all questions, and were always reachable. I recommend this place for a vacation.

The property was ideal for our family of eight, and we appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were on the hard side, and most of us found them not very comfortable.
