The place is lovely, close to Talamone train station, the host is welcoming, and it’s a very calm and peaceful spot to stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the parking was included with a cozy garden. However, there was no air conditioning, even though the listing claimed there was one, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned with dirty towels and a half‑used toilet paper roll. The price was wildly high for a night in a room that shared a living area. The description mentioned a flat‑screen TV, but the room actually had a tiny TV with a broken remote.

Nothing positive. Everything was lacking: the bathroom was tiny, there was no fridge or water bottle in the room, and there was no breakfast.

We stayed at this well‑maintained property that had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The garden was beautifully tended, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The owner’s welcoming smile and opening the doors of her large home made us feel instantly at ease. Thank you!
