The proposal matched what we needed, but the air conditioning was weak.

Close to FCO airport, nothing else.

12 minutes from the airport and a 10‑minute walk to the beach with restaurants.

The shuttle to the airport was handy, and the hotel was close to restaurants; the room was nice and clean, but the breakfast didn’t live up to expectations.
