The room was already occupied by another couple the next day, and while I was resting, a family of four kept banging on the door, claiming the room was theirs; the noise through the walls was constant, the cleaning and linen changes were poor, and the overall organization was lacking. As a local Messinese, I had a bad experience.

The only redeeming factor of this B&B is its convenient location; otherwise, the place is a pitiful mess. The entrance feels like a dusty museum, the doors look like they were built by a novice carpenter, and opening them seems to require an engineering degree and a locksmith course. There’s no place to hang clothes—only 5–6 hangers for a maximum of two shirts—and no spot to put a suitcase, so you just drop it on the floor. The mini‑fridge in the room is unclear whether it’s meant for drinks or just a night light, and when I put cold water in it, it came out warmer. The TV was disappointing as well. The bed was uncomfortable, and to top it off, I found hair from the previous occupants in the room. I have no comments beyond that.

The room was cozy, impeccably clean, and the host was kind and helpful; I would recommend it.

It’s very nice, but parking was difficult because it’s in the historic center; overall, it was fine.
