The hotel’s spot is convenient and the room and bathroom are spacious. They don’t serve breakfast. The cleaning left something to be desired.

The place scores on location, value, and cleanliness, and it even has an elevator. There were no on‑site amenities like a restaurant, and the front desk did their job but didn’t make you feel especially welcome.

The bathroom ceiling had damp spots and mold, and the air‑conditioner kept going crazy, blasting at maximum even when the program was set, waking us up every night because it was angled toward the bed.

The staff were friendly and the spot was great for walking to Central Chiang Mai. The beds were comfy and the hotel stayed quiet at night. However, they didn’t help with our luggage, and the steep slope to the room was a hassle. The AC unit was loud, so we asked for a different room and got one. The room wasn’t well cleaned: there were dirty marks on the bed divans, food crumbs on the floor the whole time, and smudged mirrors. All of this could be fixed, and it would then be a very good hotel.
