“Feel Like home”

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff extremely attentive, the check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free and very friendly, the style was very detail‑loving and stylish, I have been there more than 20 times, overall it’s the perfect hotel on Kurfürstendamm for me.

The hotel sits in a spot I find very convenient, but if you drive up to the front and the traffic is bad, you’ll get a ticket in milliseconds.

I think the location is good, surrounded by various types of shops, a beautiful avenue with a nearby station, making it easy to move around. The breakfast was great, the restaurant’s facilities and design were superb, spacious and relaxing. The highlight was the breakfast restaurant where a male staff member, hair tied back, served drinks to all guests, provided flawless service, and was considerate so as not to disturb guests. His work impressed me; he helped each guest subtly, remembered my tea preference and brought it without me ordering. Such meticulous staff are rare even in European hotels. Another guest nearby mentioned that this hotel is rare for having so many friendly staff. Finally, even though I arrived early in the morning, the room was ready and I could rest after a long flight, and the male staff guiding me was very friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, the air‑conditioning perfect, quiet and good. The only downside was that the tea offered in the room was only flavored tea, which was disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent, but there were many extra charges, our requests weren’t met and no late check‑out was available; my wife was reasonable.
