The room was next to the staff area, the corridors had no carpet, hot water was never available so we couldn't shower, the bed sheet was dirty and the bedding was old and needed replacement, and it was noisy at night.

The location is great, the staff are Arabic, thank you, breakfast is good, but there is only one elevator for 8 floors.

The staff are very respectful Arabic-speaking and help with any request; the hotel is clean and everything nearby—mall, pharmacies, and a lively neighborhood—makes it great for families. However, the breakfast offers no variety, the same food each day, and the restaurant manager’s attitude is poor.
