Everything! The pool was a bit too cold.

The only bright spot was how easy it was to check out, and we actually felt relieved when we got back home. But the list of issues was long: Wi‑Fi kept dropping, making it hard to use. The kitchen was inconvenient; the microwave and coffee machine could only be used in the living room because the outlets were poorly placed. In the bedrooms there were no bedside outlets, so charging a phone was impossible; the available ones were in awkward spots. Nearly every plate was chipped. The extra bed for a fifth person looked like it was cobbled together from whatever was available and was uncomfortable. There was no hot water—just slightly warm—and the sink and toilet were leaking. We reported the hot‑water issue, but nothing was done. The site claimed the lowest bicycle rental prices, yet we were offered some of the highest we’d seen. Overall, the stay was disappointing and I can’t recommend this hotel.

“Super Frühstück”

The food was great and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was about 200 m away; I thought it was just across the street. I expected basic items like a few coffee pods, sugar, salt, and pepper in the apartment, so I had to drive straight to the supermarket to get coffee supplies. For what was offered, the apartment feels overpriced.

“Erholung & Genuss pur”

It was wonderful! A modern, central holiday apartment with a lovely garden and mountain view. We especially enjoyed the evening sun on the bench. The supermarket and bakery are within a short walk. The staff were very friendly; we got a bath mat for the bathtub immediately because of age-related needs. Daily housekeeping was pure luxury. Luckily we could extend our stay. Everything was great!

The wellness area and the pool were amazing. The mattresses were no longer comfortable.
