The location is superb and the staff is very friendly; breakfast is varied and the ladies at the dining area during breakfast are kind, trying to give the best service possible, yet there's a lot of noise and the housekeepers vacuum early in the morning.

I loved it—staff are very friendly, the facilities are comfortable, and even though it’s an old hotel, it’s clear they care about maintenance; the linens and towels are spotless. I recommend it and we’re already planning a return. I didn’t have high expectations and left with a great impression. I can’t find anything to criticize. Keep fixing and replacing items that are already in bad shape.

The place is great for doing paperwork in downtown Concepción, the staff is very pleasant, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied, but everything is exactly as contracted.
