The family running the place is incredibly kind and smiling, and the receptionist spent an hour answering all my questions.

Run by a family, everyone goes out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible; very friendly, neat and spacious rooms, and the food at the cozy restaurant is super tasty. Nothing else.

The staff are top, the pool is great for a late‑day refresh, the restaurant is very varied and the mango sticky rice is excellent! The room is well arranged with air‑conditioning. Everything was perfect.

The staff were very attentive, the breakfasts and meals were very good, and the pool was very pleasant. However, the bikes for rent are near the historic site at Old Sukhotai, and you still have to take a taxi or tuk‑tuk because the road isn’t bike‑friendly (the hotel offers them for 500 baht, we took Dodo’s tuk‑tuk, which is adorable). The hotel also offers transfers to the bus station for 250 baht. We walked around New Sukhotai on a Sunday evening and it was deserted; on other days there’s a bit of buzz near the hotel (without crossing the bridge).
