Andrea is a wonderful person and a great host. He greeted us every morning with a bright smile. We had a great conversation and felt very welcome. The small gym delights every sports enthusiast. One can see that the accommodation is kept with a lot of love for detail. The car parking also worked well at a very fair price. We’ll definitely come back! We had nothing to complain about.

The host was very friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was excellent and delicious, and every detail was prepared with a lot of love. Overall, this place earned a perfect 10/10 – simply top.

The host and hostess were super friendly and answered all our questions. The B&B has a nice pool and several seating areas you can use. The location lets you relax and take a trip to Bologna (or Florence). The breakfast was very basic and we expected more, but the host said Italian rules don’t allow self‑service, which we found disappointing given the high price we paid. The location is okay but a bit too far from the highway for a smooth drive to a later destination. They also charge an extra fee for a child bed, which we found odd since the nightly rate is already high.

We arrived at the accommodation while traveling from southern to northern Italy on our way to the Lamborghini museum. We chose the place because it has a swimming pool. The location is very clean, the garden is beautiful and spacious, and the host was very nice and helped us with directions, making conversation pleasant. Since we needed to get to the Lamborghini museum on time and the trip from there takes more than an hour and a half in the morning, we had to leave early before breakfast, but the host offered to wake us up earlier and prepared a meal for us. We really appreciate that; it’s not something taken for granted. The place has a small pool that the child enjoyed, and a restaurant and gas station are a few minutes’ drive away. The location is in a lovely rural area, but because it turned out to be far from our next destination, it was difficult for us to travel to the next place in the morning, although that isn’t related to the accommodation, which was stunning.
