The hotel feels cozy, has a great location, stays clean, and the staff are polite—everything was fine.

The staff are friendly, but there was no breakfast offered. It was pretty dirty and quite far from Almaty’s center, at least a 25‑30 minute walk.

Только местоположение. Все ушатанное, старое , нет выхода окна наружу соотвественно нет свежего воздуха, стоит неприятный запах в номере. Неуютно было находится
