The remote setting, literally in the middle of nowhere, gives this place a unique feel. Communication was excellent, and the hostess was welcoming and helpful. We didn’t have dinner available that night, but luckily (and somewhat randomly!) a large pizzeria is 200 m up the drive. Wi‑Fi is only available by reception, but we were told about that beforehand.

The moment I stepped inside, I felt transported back in time; the house is stunning, brimming with character, and sits in a calm, secluded spot surrounded by nature. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made the experience even more memorable. The unique vibe was something I truly appreciated, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone craving an authentic stay.

Marzia and Mrs. Alfina are fantastic hosts who make you feel like family. The place is tucked into nature, perfect for a break. Mrs. Alfina’s kitchen is outstanding, with everything homemade and cooked with care. This was our second visit, and we’ll definitely return!
