The place is handy right on the main road. The bedding wasn’t clean and the floor was still wet, the receptionist was overly rigid, acted inappropriately and sounded irritated when I messaged via Zalo about the price, even turning to blame me for “disturbing many people.” On the first day I paid early, on the second day I wasn’t sure if I could stay until 5 am or the whole day, so at 5:40 am they forced me to keep the room for the full day, insisting on extra payment while repeatedly knocking on the door and shouting “No more guests, leave now.” The behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. They also demanded the receptionist’s bank account number but never transferred the money. I won’t return and I found that staff member to be completely unprofessional and insolent, young but utterly disgraceful.

Everything was terrible, I wouldn’t even consider staying there a second time; it was just awful.

The room had a Smart TV, but it was filthy—dust everywhere, cobwebs covering the floor, cigarette ash on the windows, dust on the filter in the corner, a broken toilet, a busted shower faucet, a rag on the floor, missing hooks, no chair, water stains all over, a loose screw underneath, the hot water sometimes didn’t work, and although it was a double room there were no two pairs of slippers, I had to ask for them.
