The location, the laundry facilities, friendly staff, free coffee, and kitchen setup were good. The toilets were not very clean, guests in adjacent rooms were noisy until shortly after 1 am, so I couldn’t sleep because the quiet hours from 10 pm were not respected (rooms were easily heard). Milk for the free coffee would have been nice, and the kitchen tables were dirty.
