“Respect to Uzbek people!!! :)”

The staff are beyond the best—helpful, kind, respectful, and the Uzbek hospitality is something Europe should emulate; although the hotel isn’t the newest, it’s still well maintained, the breakfast is 100% superb with everything imaginable and more, and the lady who cooks fresh meals in the kitchen always smiles and seems genuinely sincere. I’ve visited 57 countries, but this place is simply the best. Nothing to dislike; the pool, gym, and facilities aren’t new, but the people should know what they’re booking. You can’t expect a 40‑year‑old Mercedes to match a brand‑new one, but this Mercedes is quite okay in Wyndham.

“Absolutely fine for a city trip, good swimming pool for hot days”

Friendly staff were quick and helpful, the pool was spacious, and breakfast was excellent, though the building feels a bit old and the room was just okay. The pool bar service could be a touch slower and lacked a bit of flair at times.

The camera is spacious and clean, breakfast is very good, the location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The building feels a bit dated and the price‑quality ratio isn’t very favorable compared to other hotels in the city.

The reception staff, especially Asliddin, were amazing, and the bell boy matched that level of service; the overall vibe was pleasant. The room could use an update, especially the bathroom, but everything else was functional and tidy. The small pool area offered beds and seating. The Opera restaurant didn’t hit the mark—dry fish and bland prawns, and the wait was long. The breakfast room could use a better coffee machine, but otherwise everything else was present.

“Staff at an international hotel chain should have better training.”

I chose this hotel because it was exactly where I wanted to be in Tashkent. The room was spacious, had good in‑room amenities, and I enjoyed the late check‑out at 12 noon. In an international hotel, I expected better staff training; smiles were scarce. When I went to lunch, the staff were chatting among themselves and ignored me until I was finally shown to a table, where two of them continued gossiping and seemed moody and unwelcoming. The one exception was a polite, courteous, and efficient waiter during dinner. The reception staff were clueless (or claimed to be) about Bus 67 from outside the hotel to the international airport, repeatedly suggesting a taxi instead. FYI, the bus costs less than $1, you tap with your card, it’s A/C, and you can check live info on Yandex.
