I stayed in the city center, which was great, but the hotel really needs a refresh.

The place was smack in the middle of the government offices and business district, and most of the staff were friendly, though the receptionist spent a 10‑minute phone call while checking me in. The sheets were clean and white, and I checked out super fast. On the downside, the towels were old, the AC didn’t work until I asked for it to be fixed twice, the corridor carpets were worn out, some items were missing from the dinner menu, the safe wouldn’t lock, and the common areas didn’t smell fresh.

I had an excellent stay at Souaré Premium Hotel! The welcome was warm, the staff were very professional, available, and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel itself is pleasant and offers a perfect setting to relax. A special shout‑out to the staff for their kindness and service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return with pleasure!
