The room is inside the Old City and looks nice and spacious. Finding parking is tough, and the stairs are steep and narrow, making it hard to reach rooms depending on the floor.

“Omschrijving op Booking.com komt absoluut niet overeen”

The location was perfect, and the room’s design was sleek and modern. However, the description didn’t match reality at all. We booked a Deluxe double room that was supposed to be 30 m² with laundry and ironing facilities, a balcony or terrace overlooking a garden, and a view of a landmark. The room we first received was only 18 m², faced a wall, was extremely cold and damp at 17 °C, and the air‑conditioner’s heating didn’t work. We asked for a different room immediately; it was even smaller but warmer, yet the heating still failed. The helpful staff provided extra blankets and the owner later set up a tent in the evening. In short, the listing’s details—room size, balcony, view, iron, bathrobe, slippers, washing machine, heating, fold‑out bed—were all false, as if they just added options to boost search rankings.
