The location relative to the Quintal Butia party isn’t even 5 minutes on foot. The accommodation looks nice in the photos, but in person it’s clear the structure is poorly maintained. We arrived and there was no towel available, only getting one the next day. The air conditioner only worked in cool mode (I was there in early September and it was cold). Our room door needed a ‘trick’ to close; we could lock it once on the first day, but on the second day we couldn’t lock it at all.

The only downside was finding the bathroom still dirty when we got there, which was a bit off‑putting.
