The place is close to our event venue, but the rooms were dirty, rundown, and the bathrooms were broken with disgusting pillows and beds; the walls were cracked.

“It’s decent for the price, although lots of changes need to be made”

The staff members were good, yet the bathroom and overall facilities left a lot to be desired.

The room was cheap and the staff friendly, but the street was dark, unsafe, and there was no western breakfast—only local food. Water pressure on the 5th floor was terrible, making bathing difficult. There was no fridge, no free water bottles, no soap, or shampoo, and only one towel for two people. After complaining the next day, soap, shampoo, and two towels were finally provided. On day one at 23:00 the air‑con was not working properly, leaving a black shoe print on the white bed linen, stains, and a soiled towel that I had requested to be replaced because I had 1000 pesos in the deposit. The bathroom window wouldn’t close and lacked a mosquito net, so mosquitoes entered. I complained about this, and although they promised to fix it, nothing changed.

“Its a mess”

There was an unpleasant smell in the room.
